LUXURY WITH EXCEPTIONAL CHARACTER

The H O L L A N D   P A R K   A P A R T M E N T S   located by Ksiazeca street, is a development comprising of three buildings. Two of these buildings, on the West and Center of the development are for rental purposes and contain a total of 64 luxury apartments.

We can offer you a number of apartments with various layouts and sizes to suit your requirements. What they all have in common is the superb quality of both building and finish, fantastic views of Warsaw as well as being right next to a park.

Each apartment consists of either one or two bedrooms and likewise one or two bathrooms, toilets and through lounge with open-plan kitchen. The bathrooms as well as the kitchen are both fully equipped and furnished. Each apartment is also allocated storage space as well as a parking space in the underground car park.

The park surrounds the development, the beauty of which can be appreciated from the apartment windows. This vista is further enhanced by sympathetic external lighting and garden structures.


SAFETY AND HIGH STANDARDS

The design of the development is such that it gives residents total security. The exterior of the buildings will be a pale beige, formed by a combination of natural stone, plasters, glass and aluminium and will be highlighted in pale azure blue to be found in the finish of the numerous balconies and terraces.
